1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or placing orders for Title Search, Tax Reports, Typing Services, or AI & Digital Services with Global Title Services ("GTS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Engagement & Accuracy

GTS delivers title abstracting and tax verification based on public records available in target county and municipal jurisdictions. While we maintain a strict quality policy, title search reports reflect records indexed by public recording offices at the time of examination.

3. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Turnaround estimates are provided in good faith. Delays resulting from county office closures, unindexed clerk records, or force majeure events are outside GTS's operational control.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All proprietary software tools, workflows, document templates, and website materials remain the intellectual property of GTS. Client records and confidential title files are protected under non-disclosure obligations.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
